General Rules & Regulations
Applicable to all E-Poster and Video submissions
All Videos and E-Posters must be submitted via the online submission system.
All submissions close online by 25th May 2026.
Each author may submit a maximum of 2 Videos and 2 E-Posters.
All Videos and E-Posters will be reviewed, graded and selected by the conference committee.
The presenter must be registered for the conference.
Videos and E-Posters category carries one Best Award in each category, given only to the presenting author.
Top 5 Videos and E-Posters will be given podium presentation.
Selected abstracts will be intimated by e-mail.

Abstract Content Rules
Please read carefully before submitting

Formulae and abbreviations should be avoided.

First / Presenting Author must disclose all commercial relationships relevant to the subject matter for all authors of the abstract.

Indicate "None" if no commercial relationships exist.

Author details or Institution affiliation should not be mentioned in the body.

Selected abstracts will be intimated by e-mail after the deadline.
Financial Disclosure — Mandatory
The First / Presenting Author must disclose all commercial relationships relevant to the subject matter for all authors of the abstract. Indicate "None" if no relationships exist. This field is mandatory and must be answered as Yes or No.
Best E-Poster Award
One Best E-Poster Award per category. Award is given exclusively to the presenting author. Top 5 E-Posters selected for podium presentation.
